BECOME A PATIENT

It's easy to become a patient at Northgate Dental Health. All you have to do to is pick up the phone. Call 01244 372888 during opening hours and make an appointment. Alternatively you can email the practice with your contact details at info@northgatedentalhealth.com, and we will respond via email or telephone to arrange an appointment.

On your visit to the practice you will be given an initial examination. You will then be given the option to be seen either privately, or as a patient under the NHS contract.

Students

Students up to 19 years of age are eligible for free treatment under the NHS contract. Students over the age of 19 can fill out a HC1 form that may entitle them to part or full remission of dental fees. HC1 forms are available on request at the practice reception.

Dale Camp Barracks

Northgate Dental Health has a long-standing relationship with the Dale Camp Barracks and guarantees to see members of the armed forces and associated families under the NHS contract. We are a forces friendly practice.

Disabled Access

For added convenience we have installed an external lift that allows disabled patients access to our waiting area and treatment rooms from street level.
